You will find a friendly, clean and efficient shop with people who understand that sometimes car repair can be stressful. Our commitment to you – We will do everything possible to make you feel welcome, comfortable and completely satisfied with your visit. There is not a cappuccino machine, but with the money you will save compared to dealer prices, you may be about to purchase your own machine!
Our shop is equipped with the same diagnostic equipment as dealers and of course, we stock the OEM parts (car manufactured recommended)
The technicians who work on your car, truck or SUV have achieved the ASE, (Automotive Service Excellence). Our staff of ASE Certified Technicians, along with our Master Technician, remain current by attending ongoing diagnostic training.
To retain our certification, the shop must pass ongoing inspections by the Automobile of Southern California. And, the repair technicians are tested and existing customers are surveyed. This process / certification provides you peace of mind that your vehicle will be serviced and repaired by automotive experts
Our Service Member
Rod is our senior service advisor. He started working here in January 2013. Morris Automotive acquired Rod and Alex from Grigsby’s Auto repair when they closed their doors after approximately 65 years in business.
Alex began his tenure at Morris Automotive in February 2013. He is our car repair wizard. Second in seniority among the technicians, when the guys run out of ideas, Alex can usually come up with a solution.
Melvin began working for me in March 2003. All these years he has been very reliable and highly dedicated to his job. He is my senior technician. Melvin works tirelessly to get the job done correctly the first time.
Jesus started working here in February 2010. Jesus handles many things. He is our shop maintenance man. Job duties include parts stocking and cleanliness of the shop, parking cars, and giving customers rides, minor repair work and much more.
Jesse started March of 2018. Jesse is Jesus’s assistant. Jesse will take over when Jesus is off picking up parts or providing rides to consumers. His invaluable work includes arranging the cars in the lot, gathering information from each car, stocking and supplying parts to the technicians as they need them, and much more.
Rory is our part time helper. When he is not going to school he comes in to learn more about cars and help the crew. He is the future of our industry.
David learned most of his mechanical skills from attending Santa Monica College and numerous other institutions throughout the years. He currently holds an ASE Master Tech status with a LI credential.
